These filters offer the highest quality air filtration which can be used in a wide range of situations but generally used in all types of medical facility such as hospitals and laboratories also to ensure high air quality in public buildings such as offices, schools and shops, clean rooms within manufacturing processes and in food production areas especially with mycology (study & growing of mushrooms). Can also be used in animal agriculture to protect animals against such things as Bird Flu and possible human infection by the transfer of zoonotic diseases caused by airborne viruses.

Each filter is supplied with a Test Report confirming the specification of the filter, batch numbers for the filter media, the tests undertaken and the results.  With this, you have a record of the quality of each individual filter.

We have a large stock holding of our standard sizes so, generally, you should receive your filter within a couple of days of you placing your order.  However, we can make our HEPA filters to any size that you require so if you don't see the size that you need from those listed on this page then please just CONTACT US and we can confirm the price for your exact requirements.

The folded 'accordion' design, of this Procart B spray booth filter, ensures a high paint holding capacity whilst maintaining maximum airflow for much longer than many types of air filtration alternatives such as fibreglass rolls. Our spray booth filters will ensure that air, from your product finishing area, is filtered effectively.

This Procart spray booth filter is designed to filter all types of water and solvent based paints and other types of coating but not powder paints or dust (for this we recommend the use of our Procart M2 or Procart H booth filters). With this design of paper filter your overspray is captured on both on the face of the filter and within the folds which allows the booth air to pass through the filter with minimal obstruction until full, thus a constant, smooth airflow is maintained for much longer than using other types of extraction filtration. What is so important about airflow? Without it you don't have a proper functioning spray booth and you won't be able to produce a proper finish so a good airflow is vital to the running of your spray booth.

If you are looking to spray powder or very dry or dusty paints or feel that your spray booth may suffer from a high percentage of overspray or you are experiencing problems with dust or paint traveling through your ducting and ending up outside of your factory then you may want to look at the other options within our Filtration range or feel free to call us on 01673 895130 or email us for further assistance.

If you require a non-standard size then simply select the closest standard size larger than your required size. During the check-out process you can complete your required size in the box for special requests. If you would prefer to tell us your requirements then this is fine however you can still purchase your filters here.

These Laminar Flow HEPA panel filters are used for absolute air filtration in controlled contamination environments and many types of clean room area.

Designed for the highest efficiency of air filtration the panels allow air to pass through micro-fine glass fibres, that form a paper-like surface, that traps impurities and removes them from the air circulation. HEPA filters are suitable for the pharmaceutical, food and electronic industries as well as medical and healthcare environments as they are designed to trap the smallest particles of dust and spores but also bacteria so they are ideal for clean rooms, neonatal incubators, medical laboratories and many more areas that require high quality, clean air.

These absolute filters are now widely used in public buildings such as offices, school classrooms, cinemas and theatres as not only do they clean the air circulating within buildings but will clean air that is being drawn from outside removing dust and pollen but also harmful particulates from roads and industry.

Laminar Flow HEPA differ from our Turbulent Flow HEPA as they have a narrower profile so allow a smoother flow of air but have a lower air flow rate.

We can manufacture many sizes that are not available on the website so just contact us to enquire about availability if you are after a different size.

Further information can be seen in the Technical Information section below and in our Knowledge Hub where you can learn a little about mycology & fungiculture.

Each filter Grade H13 and above is individually leak tested and certificates are issued. We can also test and certify to EN1822 if required. Every HEPA is issued with a unique serial number which allows full traceability right back to the filter media Batch and Roll. Each roll of HEPA filter media is individually tested and certified.

Each of our absolute filters (within our H13 and H14 range) are individually leak tested and certificates are issued and supplied with each individual filter. Every certificate is issued with a unique serial number which allows full traceability, of each filter, right back to the filter media batch and roll. The certificate shows the specification of the filter, the individual test conditions and the test results. This certificate is issued in order that you have a record of each filters compatibility and can be kept for future reference.

We can also test and certify to EN1822 if required.

What is the difference between H13 & H14?

The 'H' number shows the final filtration class of the filter. Whilst all HEPA filters give very high levels of filtration the actual class defines the overall percentage of filtration. You will see the difference in the technical data on each of the product pages but, as an example, H13 will give a filtration level of 99.95% and the H14 99.995%.

As the H14 gives a higher filtration level than the H13, they also have a higher initial pressure drop. This is the difference in pressure between the air at the front of the filter and the back. This information is shown on the technical sheet for each HEPA filter.

What sizes of filter can I have?

You can have almost any size filter that you want. There are some restrictions but, generally speaking, very few. On our product pages, we list the most popular sizes that are normally held in stock. If the size you require is not shown the just contact us and we will quote for your exact requirements.

What stock levels do you keep?

We will have around 200 of these wooden framed HEPA filters on our shelves at any point. Obviously stock levels fluctuate daily as orders are sent and filters are replaced however we should have stock of all of the standard sizes shown on this page. If you wish to confirm that your required filter is in stock then feel free to Contact Us.

Can you tell me more about the Test Report?

Each of our HEPA filters are individually tested (according to EN 1822-4) before leaving the factory. This test ensures that they meet the strict specification and that there are obviously aren't any leaks. The report includes information about the filter such as size, its reference number and the date of the test. It also shows information of the media used for construction, including batch numbers, so that this can be traced to source should an issue arise. It also shows the test conditions and the results of the various tests undertaken.
