These filters have a 12mm deep frame with mesh on both sides to hold the filter pad in place.  Due to the double mesh screen the filter pad can't be changed therefore the filter is not reusable.  If you require a reusable panel then these are available within our Fan Coil collection.

The double mesh is ideal where there is higher airflow or where machine or installation specifications require the fully housed filtration pad.

The folded 'accordion' design, of this Procart B spray booth filter, ensures a high paint holding capacity whilst maintaining maximum airflow for much longer than many types of air filtration alternatives such as fibreglass rolls. Our spray booth filters will ensure that air, from your product finishing area, is filtered effectively.

This Procart spray booth filter is designed to filter all types of water and solvent based paints and other types of coating but not powder paints or dust (for this we recommend the use of our Procart M2 or Procart H booth filters). With this design of paper filter your overspray is captured on both on the face of the filter and within the folds which allows the booth air to pass through the filter with minimal obstruction until full, thus a constant, smooth airflow is maintained for much longer than using other types of extraction filtration. What is so important about airflow? Without it you don't have a proper functioning spray booth and you won't be able to produce a proper finish so a good airflow is vital to the running of your spray booth.

The double mesh is ideal where there is higher airflow or where machine or installation specifications require the fully housed filtration pad. They are also the preferred choice for high use units or units that are in close proximity to the general public as the changing is very quick and there are no loose parts.

Why would I want to use this when you offer the reusable frames?
The reusable frames are the first choice for the majority of our customers, when it comes to this type of filter, as they are lower cost and definitely the greener option. However you do have to ensure that you have the replacement pads and someone has to be trusted to change the pads so that there aren't just dirty frames sitting on the shelf. For some companies or types of installation this isn't always possible so, to ensure that clean filters are always available, the double mesh are preferred.
