COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EXTRACTOR FILTERS are filters that have been designed to capture grease in all types of kitchen and commercial food preparation area.  These metal canopy filters can also stop flames from entering ducting so can be used to eliminate the risk of fire.

We offer three different designs of extraction filter so that you can be sure that you are using the one that is most suited to your requirements:

1. MESH GREASE FILTERS - as the name suggests these are designed capture grease reducing the possibility of contamination in other food preparation areas or it travelling into ducting where it could become a safety concern. 
2. BAFFLE FILTERS - their primary function is to reduce the possibility of flames, from the cooking or preparation area, entering the extraction ducting.
3. DUAL PREMIUM - combination filter utilising both baffle and mesh to provide optimum grease removal and flame protection.

Each of our kitchen filters is available in a wide range of standard sizes, many of which are available direct from stock, but if you don't see the size or depth you need then just let us know as these can be made to your custom size.
