Pleated Panels

These panels are normally used for filtering the air entering a spray booth or product preparation area to remove dust particles.

Pleated air panels that give energy savings of up to 40% when compared to the use of standard panels.  Minimum order of 4 panels.

The design of these filters make for a stronger panel with the galvanised metal frame and supported pleats. Normally used to filter the air entering a spray or product preparation area, these panel filters can also be used for very fine filtration of extraction air.

This is a disposable pleated panel that is available in a range of sizes and depths.  As an air filter, it has been designed for certain applications, both within manufacturing areas and public buildings, where there may be a high sensitivity to flammability and certain smoke ratings.  Typical installation areas would include: spray booths, product preparation areas, public transport, train stations, public buildings & hospitals.
