We have recently expanded our range of panel filters including the Flex and a number of fan coil filters. The Flex is very exciting as it is not only far more robust than standard pleated panels but, due to its construction, has a far higher filtration efficiency when compared to a standard Pleated Panel. Our Energy Saver Panels are also a new addition to our range and using these can reduce the energy consumption of your spray booth by up to 40%, again, when compared to our standard Pleated Panels.

This is the reason why we have this section, it allows our customers to quickly see what is new and how they could potentially help your production or general filtration requirements. These panels are normally used for filtering the air entering a spray booth or product preparation area to remove dust particles. An ideal replacement for the standard pleated panels with cardboard frames. These flexible versions are both stronger and, being completely sealed, will not allow any air to pass between the pleats and frame.

Our Prorossa is a glass fibre filter-media that is progressively structured and impregnated throughout with a harmless gel for the filtration and holding of large quantities of coarse dust-particles. These filters have a wire frame that holds a high efficiency synthetic filtration media (ePM10 >70%) designed to balance filtration quality whilst maintaining airflow in fan coil units, air conditioning units, spray booths and, indeed, anything that requires air to be filtered to a higher quality than our standard Fan Coil Filter.

This is a 100% polyester roll that is impregnated with activated carbon and is generally used as pre-filters in many different types of filtration application. If required, this material is easily cut to provide bespoke filter sheets. G4 & G3 filtration class with a continuous maximum working temperature of 50C.

These filters have a wire frame that holds a synthetic, washable filtration media designed to operate at a minimum pressure drop to ensure the lowest possible restriction to airflow in fan coil units, spray booths etc. These filters are Classified ISO Coarse 35%, 20ppi.
