Our Profibre spray booth filter rolls are the most common and widely used form of fibreglass filtration. This green & white filtration material is used in many areas both as a primary and as a secondary filter for spray booth extraction as well as for filtering heavy dust and even, in some cases, air entering a booth or product preparation area however we would normally recommend alternative products for this.

These panels are normally used for filtering the air entering a spray booth or product preparation area to remove dust particles. An ideal replacement for the standard pleated panels with cardboard frames. These flexible versions are both stronger and, being completely sealed, will not allow any air to pass between the pleats and frame.

Laminar Flow panel filters are used for absolute air filtration in controlled contamination environments, installed in terminal filters, safety cabinets and clean rooms. HEPA filters provide a final stage of air filtration in air handling units in buildings requiring a higher level of contamination control. These include hospitals, research laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and certain food production facilities.

Protecnet is our water-based protective coating that can be used on all types of non-porous surface such as metal, plastics, ceramics and glass. It is very popular for protecting walls or windows within spray booths or even to cover lights protecting them from paint or lacquer overspray. Protectnet can be applied with a sprayer or roller and is easily removed by washing or with a flat scraper depending upon the area to which it has been applied.

Protecnet is available in either 5 litre or 10 litre containers and has a coverage of around 10 - 12 square metres per litre.
