The main purpose of our cardboard extraction filters is to capture the maximum amount of airborne paint, glue or dust particles whilst maintaining airflow something that is often overlooked when deciding upon the best type of filtration but maintaining smooth airflow is vital if a spray booth is to function properly. Our cardboard filters will maintain a smooth airflow for much longer than other types of extraction filter. They do this by holding the captured particles but not blocking the flow of air which means that these filters have a high paint holding capacity and a longer lifespan than alternative types of filtration.

Our panels can be used to filter particulates from the air leaving a spray booth or product preparation area as well as filtering the air that is entering an area. Our range of panel filters are of two main designs; the first a fibreglass panel and the second is a pleated panel. Both of these designs are available in different thickness and a wide range of standard sizes and we are able to make panels to your own particular size if required.

Our panels are supplied in a cardboard frame although we do have pleated panels available in galvanised metal frames should this be required for your installation. Our glass fibre panels should generally be used for air extraction as the fibres are too loose to capture and hold the very small particles that are normally found in the air entering an area. Our range includes different types of pleated panels which offer different filtration qualities for use in different areas meaning that pleated panels can be used to filter air entering an area (air input) and the air leaving an area however they are generally not used as a primary extraction filter.

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are used to create superior indoor air quality for industries that require the highest level of air filtration such as pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, electronics and food production. Our HEPA panels are designed to not only trap dust particulates but also fungi, bacteria and viruses which creates air which is as good as purified.

Air purifying HEPA filters will remove a minimum of 99.97% of dust, pollen, bacteria, mold and any other types of airborne particle with a size of 0.3 micron which is generally known as the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size). Particles smaller and larger will be filtered to approximately 99.99%.

Be assured that when you purchase one of our HEPA filters you are buying an air purifying filter that performs to the standards and levels that are quoted and that are expected. Each filter, grade H13 and above, is individually leak tested and certificates are issued and included with each panel. We can also test and certify to EN1822 if required. Every HEPA filter panel is issued with a unique serial number which allows full traceability even back to the filter media batch and roll. As well as each of our finished panels, each roll of HEPA filter media is individually tested and certified.

As with our range of standard filtration panels, our HEPA absolute filters are available in a range of different designs that will ensure you are getting the right level of filtration to meet your particular requirements. In this group you will find our rolled filtration media which includes our glass fibre material and woven synthetic fibre which gives you the option to filter both air being extracted from your booth and air being forced or pulled into your spray booth or preparation area.

Our range of glass fibre media includes the standard Profibre, which is normally used for the filtering of extraction air within some types of spray booth, our Propora that is specifically designed for the capture of water-based paint particles and our new offering Progiallo that is impregnated with a gel which allows it to capture and hold coarse dust and paint particles. Our range of woven synthetic media can be used as an extraction filter and input filter but our Protop rolls are purely for the filtering of air entering a booth and offers the highest level filtration required for high quality product finishing. You will also see our Procart K range that includes the multi layer rolled or bag panel option.

Our range of Compact filters can be used to replace all types of bag filters (grades M6-F9) currently being used. The filters, with a 25mm head frame, can be retro-fitted into all types of air-flow installation and will reduce your running costs by lower energy consumption, high dust retention and longer effective working lifespan.

The filters are made of a rigid moulded ABS plastic frame, for maximum weight to strength ratio, which makes for quick and easy removal and replacement and the mini-pleat fibreglass media pack is bonded into the frame to ensure the constant pleat spacing and optimum airflow.

These represent a technological step forward when compared to the now traditional bag filters. Designed to be used in more difficult installations such as variable airflow or air volume, high air volume, high humidity or occasional exposure to water which are areas where bag filters are currently used but where their performance is less than exemplary.
