EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers who purchase goods or services online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period. Consumers should be able to submit a withdrawal request electronically and receive confirmation that their request has been received.
You are eligible to withdraw from your purchase if:
- You are acting as a consumer rather than a business.
- The statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has not expired.
- No exception to the right of withdrawal applies under applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligibility may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased and the laws applicable in your country.
Cancelling an Unfulfilled Order
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise completed, you may be able to exercise your right of withdrawal and request cancellation through your account.
To submit a withdrawal request:
- Sign in to your account to locate the relevant order. If you created your order as a guest, you can access your order information through the confirmation email.
- Select the cancellation or withdrawal option, where available.
- Confirm your request.
Once submitted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received and will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our Terms and Conditions.
Important Information
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be issued. Your request will be assessed based on the circumstances of the order, applicable consumer protection legislation, and any relevant exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
