Panel Filters

Our panels can be used to filter particulates from the air leaving a spray booth or product preparation area as well as filtering the air that is entering an area. Our range of panel filters are of two main designs; the first a fibreglass panel and the second is a pleated panel. Both of these designs are available in different thickness and a wide range of standard sizes and we are able to make panels to your own particular size if required.

    Frame Size

    These 12mm thick frames are reusable so when the filter pad is full you simply remove it and install a new one.  This also gives you the ability to change the type of filtration media to suit your needs.

    The frame is supplied complete with a filter pad and replacement pads can be ordered separately.

    Size

    These filters have a 12mm deep frame with mesh on both sides to hold the filter pad in place.  Due to the double mesh screen the filter pad can't be changed therefore the filter is not reusable.  If you require a reusable panel then these are available within our Fan Coil collection.

    The double mesh is ideal where there is higher airflow or where machine or installation specifications require the fully housed filtration pad.

    These filters have a wire frame that holds a synthetic, washable filtration media designed to operate at a minimum pressure drop to ensure the lowest possible restriction to airflow in fan coil units, spray booths, air conditioning units etc.  These filters are Classified ISO Coarse 35%, 20ppi. 

    Whilst we show a range of sizes we can't show every possible size, so if you don't see the dimensions you require, please just contact us as we can make these frames to your exact measurements.

    These filters have a wire frame that holds a synthetic filtration media designed to operate at a minimum pressure drop to ensure the lowest possible restriction to airflow in fan coil units, air conditioning units, spray booths and, indeed, anything that requires air to be filtered but without a particular drop in airflow.
