Our range of glass fibre media includes the standard Profibre, which is normally used for the filtering of extraction air within some types of spray booth, our Propora that is specifically designed for the capture of water-based paint particles and our new offering Progiallo that is impregnated with a gel which allows it to capture and hold coarse dust and paint particles.

    Size

    Our Profibre spray booth filter rolls are the most common and widely used form of fibreglass filtration. This green & white filtration material is used in many areas both as a primary and as a secondary filter for spray booth extraction as well as for filtering heavy dust and even, in some cases, air entering a booth or product preparation area however we would normally recommend alternative products for this.

    Profibre Thickness

    Blue & white synthetic filter together with our Profibre (green & white) that can be used for both air extraction and input within a spray booth or product preparation area. Whilst the Proprep is a standard thickness you can choose between 50mm (2") or 100mm (4") thickness for the Profibre.

      Size

      As water-based paint can consists of 10% solvent and 90% water it is obvious that a different spray booth filter is required to work effectively when compared to solvent-based paints.
