These 12mm thick, galvanised frames are reusable so when the filter pad is full you simply remove it and install a new one. This also gives you the ability to change the type of filtration media to suit your needs.
The standard frame is complete with the filter pad and galvanised screen to one side. The screen is designed to hold the pad in place so should be fitted away from airflow meaning that the airflow should hit the pad then the screen as it exits the filter. If it was fitted with the screen facing the airflow it would be possible for the pad to be pushed out of the frame by the airflow.
We can make these Fan Coil filters to almost any size so if you don't see the size that you require then just contact us and we can, very quickly, confirm the price for your exact size.
