These filters have a wire frame that holds a synthetic filtration media designed to operate at a minimum pressure drop so the lowest possible restriction to airflow and used in fan coil units, air conditioning units, spray booths and indeed, anywhere that requires air to be filtered but without a high drop in airflow.
The filter is constructed with wire that is shaped to your exact size requirement. Also, support strips will be added the number of which will depend upon the overall size of the panel. The filter media is fitted over the frame and stitched to ensure it is held securely.
Being only 10mm thick this filter can be used in many different types of environment so whilst they are commonly used in air conditioning and heat recovery units they can also be used within laser cutting installations and other general cooling systems for machinery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you have stock of the size I need?
We hold stock of the most popular sizes but can't hold stock for every possible size. If we don't have stock of the size you require then manufacture takes around 10 days.
Which way around do I fit the filter?
Whilst it may not be really obvious there is a front and a back to this filter. The front just shows the filtration media and the back shows the support bar/s and the stitching holding the filter media in place. The frame should be fitted so that the airflow hits the front of the filter and exits the back.
