These energy saving pleated panels are a disposable filter with a water repellent cardboard frame that maintains strength even in cold weather and in areas with a higher than usual humidity level.
The pleated panel filter is a standard capacity disposable product offering a better than basic level of filtration, or pre-filtration in HEVAC applications. This product is made using patented filter media to give a constant level of filtration performance throughout its life and is made from continuous fibres so will not shed. The filter media also has a graduated density giving an even and greater holding of dust. It is also hydrophobic meaning that it will not load with air moisture which, if allowed, would reduce the lifespan of the panel. These panels offer energy saving up to 40% when compared to standard pleated panels so can give quite considerable cost reductions over their lifespan.

HOW DO THESE PANELS SAVE ENERGY?
The panels reduce energy consumption as the filters offer less air resistance when compared our standard pleated panels. This means that your fans are not having to work as hard to maintain an operating airflow therefore you use less electricity. The reduction in electricity consumption can be quite considerable with tests showing up to 40% reduction.
ARE THESE PANELS AS GOOD AS YOUR STANDARD PLEATED PANELS?
