This white, polyester filtration media has a range of general filtration uses within your spray booth or product preparation areas. Promedia is supplied in a range of filtration levels making it able to be used for both extraction filtration and air input filtration.

This white, synthetic filtration media has a range of general filtration uses however it is most commonly used as secondary filtration within the extraction ducting of spray booths. However, it shouldn't be restricted to just this as the range of depths and filtration class allow it be to used as a primary extraction method for the capture of dust and even larger particles produced during a manufacturing process. It can also be used to filter the air entering an area.

The three options within our Promedia range give you different thickness, filtration class and product weight. The thickness range from around 15mm up to 20mm and the filtration class between G3 and G4.

We offer our Promedia in two standard sizes, either 1 x 20 metres or 2 x 20 metres however we can supply rolls cut to different heights and lengths so if you would prefer a bespoke size then please just let us know and we can confirm price and availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cut this material myself?
You most certainly can. It is best cut with a good pair of scissors, rather than a knife, and you will find it easy to both mark and cut. This means that you can easily cut you own filter pads should you not need the material only in its rolled form.

Can you supply this in pads?
We can supply any of the Promedia materials in bespoke sized pads. Once again, just contact us and we will confirm price and delivery time.

Why does the quoted depth vary for the material?
The actual depth of the material can vary slightly between batches which is why we give the depth range in the product information. This variation will not have any detrimental effect upon the filtration quality of the product as this is determined by the dry weight per square meter, rather than the thickness, and this will not vary between batches.
