Protop 500 Air Input Filter
0236
The most important filtration within an enclosed spray booth or preparation area is the filtration of the air ENTERING the booth. This element is quite often forgotten, however filtering the air going into the booth is vital for the quality of the finished item.

This is an absolute must with many types of booth especially spray bake ovens, car body shops and the painting of high gloss finishes. This roll is not impregnated nor has a scrim so differs from our Protop 600 which has these additions.
We can offer a very special cutting service where we will cut the fibre to your size. If a 20-metre roll is just far too much for you then we can cut to your specific requirements. All you need to do is purchase the number of metres you require (the price given is per metre) and we will do the rest. The size you are paying for is 1-metre x 1-metre lengths so if you would like 1 x 2-metre length then place your order for 2 pieces and in Special Instructions just state that you require one 2-metre length (it will be cut at 1 x 2-metres). It's as simple as that.
What difference does it make that this material doesn't include the gel?
Firstly, the choice as to whether you have this product or our Protop 600 (which is impregnated with a clear gel) is entirely yours and what your preferences are. Approximately 40% of our customers prefer this product with the 60% going for the Protop 600. The whole point of impregnating the Protop 600 is that gel will allow the material to hold on to more of the collected dust when subjected to vibration such as when the air extraction fans are started or stopped.
